1. Terms of Use
- All Samples are for music production only.
- Non-commercial use is allowed under the standard license.
- Commercial use requires written approval and royalty arrangement with Yetsho.
2. License Terms
Standard License (Non-Commercial)
- Limited, non-transferable license for demo use.
- OK for beat-making, private sharing, or social media demos (non-monetized).
Commercial License (Required for Public Release)
If used on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube (monetized), etc., you must:
- Contact Yetsho: [admin@yetsho.com]
- Obtain a commercial license
- Agree to royalty splits and/or fees
- Sign a license agreement before release
Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
3. Copyright & Ownership
- All Samples are the intellectual property of Yetsho.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership.
4. Attribution
Use this credit: “Produced by Yetsho”.
5. Breach of Terms
Violations may result in license termination, takedown requests, and legal action.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Yetsho is not liable for your misuse of the Samples.
7. Updates
This policy may change. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
